Dr. Yeh has experience in the clinical evaluation of vaccines and has research interest in vaccine epidemiology, delivery, and addressing vaccine hesitancy.
Biography
Dr. Sylvia Yeh received her medical degree from New York Medical College and is currently a Professor of Pediatrics, David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA. She is a specialist in Pediatric Infectious Diseases, practices at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center and is an investigator with The Lundquist Institute.
She has had funding from NIH and CDC in the past and has authored journal articles and book chapters on several pediatric infectious disease topics. She has also served on the Pediatric Residency Program Leadership team at Harbor-UCLA since 2008 and has collaborated in multiple nation-wide educational research projects through the Association of Pediatric Program Directors, and has held various leadership positions within that organization.
