Women, Infants, and Children Program

For over 50 years, the program has supported maternal and child health by providing nutritious supplemental foods, nutrition education, breastfeeding support, and referrals to essential healthcare and social services.

Community Engagement and Research Program (CERP)
The mission of the Community Engagement and Research Program (CERP) is to foster strong partnerships between the community and The Lundquist Institute researchers, Harbor-UCLA Medical Center clinicians, and staff. Together, we aim to support and advance research that makes a positive impact on the lives of people in Los Angeles County.
Science and Your Health
The Lundquist Institute hosts monthly talks that raise community awareness of important health topics while showcasing the expertise and innovative research of our investigators. The series promotes understanding of critical healthcare issues, disease prevention, and advances in public health that have the potential to improve lives.
