Scientific Leadership
Institute Executive Officers are senior scientific stewards who work horizontally across the organization, connecting Investigators, Hubs, Centers, and infrastructure. They set direction, reduce fragmentation, and increase effectiveness across TLI’s most important mission-critical functions. Each operates at approximately 10% effort and receives a leadership allocation to support research-related activities.
