The Lundquist Institute is located near its place of origin and partner organization, Harbor-UCLA Medical Center, in Torrance. Located in the greater South Bay region of Los Angeles, the institute is part of an urban community with a suburban feel. On campus, you’ll find several research buildings that house our researchers and their labs. While some buildings may be hard to spot from a far, our main building, Medical Research Laboratory (MRL), can’t be missed given its contemporary architecture with four floors of front-facing blue-tinted glass windows.
