Dr. Lee is interested in the development of 3-dimensional ultrasound (US). His focuses include:

1) Displaying 3D US in a manner that is more intuitive and therefore useful for radiologists.
2) Proving the superior diagnostic accuracy of 3D US over 2D US in healthcare.
3) The use of 3D US to guide medical procedures.
4) Designing automated 3D US equipment.
