Pathophysiology and therapy of cerebral cavernous malformation syndrome
Research Description
The Stockton Lab's research focuses on vascular diseases, and identifying disrupted endothelial signaling from gene mutations producing vascular malformations, such as Cerebral Cavernous Malformations, and Hereditary Hemorrhagic Telangiectasia. Her current work is in identifying novel endothelial signaling using in vitro biochemistry and cell biology, mouse disease models, and analysis of resected human lesions.Education
