Interventional Cardiology, Cardiovascular Disease, and Patient Outcomes
Research DescriptionDr. William French’s research interests are in clinical trials: Registry databases for Myocardial Infarction, Acute Coronary Syndrome, and outcomes research in prehospital and EMS care of STEMI heart attack patients as well as cardiac disease outcomes. In addition, randomized controlled trials involving use of antiplatelet and anticoagulation agents, statin and diabetic strategies in acute myocardial infarction. Additional research involves interventional cardiology devices in the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory.
